The We Find Niche Partner Network is built on trust, transparency, and shared success. Here’s a quick summary of the main terms that apply to all affiliates: Eligibility: Open to individuals or professionals who introduce new companies to We Find Niche. Referrals must be genuine business introductions and not to companies already engaged with us. Commission: Affiliates earn 10% of the profit generated from any placements made with the referred client within 12 months of the introduction. Profit Definition: For permanent hires, this means the full placement fee. For contract hires, it’s the daily margin (the difference between client charge rate and contractor pay rate). Payment Timing: Commissions are paid within 30 days of We Find Niche receiving payment from the client and completion of any applicable rebate or guarantee period. Tracking: Every referral is logged under your name and confirmed in writing once validated. You’ll receive quarterly updates on your referrals and any commissions due. Confidentiality: All information shared about clients, candidates, and fees must remain confidential. Independent Status: Affiliates act as independent introducers, not as employees or representatives of We Find Niche. Termination: Either party can end participation at any time with written notice.
